‘Chakra’ is a Sanskrit word which means ’wheel’ and you have many, many chakras within your body and around you. The Earth has chakras as does every single living thing.
Chakras are powerful energy centres which rotate energetically like wheels in a clockwise direction and are beautiful!
You have 7 main Chakras in your body which are referred to as Upper and Lower Chakras. Your lower chakras spin slowly and relate to physical issues. These lower Chakras are the Root, Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakras and appear in shades of red, orange and yellow. The upper chakras are the Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakras and spin faster appearing in cooler the shades of green, light blue, violet and purple.
