Delivery & Returns
Delivery of CD Orders
1. The cost of delivery is included in all prices unless otherwise stated.
2. Items are normally despatched within 2 working days.
3. Items are normally desptached via Royal Mail and are typically delivered within 7 working days from posting - dependent on your delivery address in the world.
4. Once your order has been despatched we will email you to confirm this.
5. If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us to alert us to the non-delivery of your order.
Delivery of Downloadable Orders
1. On completion of payment for your order, you will be taken to the download page containing the individual download links for your order.
2. You will also be emailed the individual download links for your order.
3. Links are normally valid for 30 days, but should you wish to download after this date please contact us to receive a new download link.
Delivery of Recorded Readings
1. Every effort is made to complete readings and sessions within 7 days of you placing your order.
2. You will receive an email to confirm the details of the reading or live session that you have ordered.
3. The recording of the reading or session will be made available to you as an MP3 to download - normally within 24 hours of the reading or session taking place.
4. You will be asked if you would also like to receive the recording on CD - for which there is no extra charge. Please see delivery of CD orders above for more information.
Returns and Refunds
1. Should you be less than satisfied with any purchase please contact us immediately to bring this to our attention. We must be alerted to your problem within 28 days of your order.
2. All physical items may be returned to us, at your cost, within 28 days for a full refund (less our postage and packaging at cost price) so long as the items are in their original undamaged condition.
3. If you are less than satisfied with a downloadable product, you will be offered an exchange or full refund.
4. Refunds are not normally offered for readings or sessions that have been completed; however, we will make every effort to help you to understand and clarify the information that has been offered to you.
