The Angels would like to talk to you about your Heart Centre. It’s interesting that they want to convey information to you about your Heart Centre in February because February is a time when we think of love, we think of Valentines Day, it’s a romantic time of year, and it’s a romantic month.
The Angels have explained to me that they’re wanting you to hear their guidance in relation to your Heart Centre in February, not just because of Valentines day, but because it’s the two month, because it’s the twelfth of the second 2012, they’re conveying this information to you and the significance of two, the number two to you, particularly in relation to love, it’s very important for you to hear.
Two Together
What they’re saying to you here is that two means togetherness, two means unity, two means two halves of the same, two means two things coming together and that’s very much what your Heart Centre is about, it’s about unity, it’s about togetherness and it’s the two parts of you.
Your Place of Love
Your Heart Centre is the energetic centre, the centre of your chest and it’s your place of love, it’s your Heart Chakra, it’s the place from which the Angels advise you, encourage you, support you, guide you to approach your life from and the Angels would like you to approach your life from your Heart Centre. Not just because they tell you to, not just because they advise you and support you and encourage you to do so, but because it feels good. Because when you do something that feels good you want to do it and you want to do it again and again and again and again, until it becomes a habit, until you form that way of being as a part of you.
Attract Improvement in Your Life
What the Angels are saying about your Heart Centre is important now in 2012 more than any other point in time as we move forward, as we move into the future as there’s so much change and so much opportunity for improvement that we accurately draw to ourselves the improvement that we want to experience in our lives. We do that by approaching our lives from our Heart Centre.
Find Yourself in Your Heart Centre
So the Angels would like you, just right at the beginning of this piece of information to find yourself in your Heart Centre. To do that, they’d like you to place your right hand over your Heart Centre. Close your eyes and take a few wonderful inhalations and exhalations of breath and just connect with that place, that centre of love that is within you.
They’d like you with your eyes closed, to do something which you may find very difficult, the most difficult thing of all. They’d like you to say to yourself out loud, or in your mind to begin with or through your senses, through your heart, they’d like you to say to yourself, “I love you, I love you and I accept you for everything that you are and I ask you my Heart Centre to guide me, to guide me lovingly towards my highest good, to help me to reach my full potential.”
Love & Accept Yourself
And say again with feeling, “I love you and I accept you.” The Angels encourage you throughout the whole of February to begin your day with your hand on your Heart Centre saying, “I love you, I accept you.” By doing so you show a great commitment to yourself and you also show a great commitment to your wanting your life to be the way you know it can be. So that’s what the Angels would like you do throughout the whole of February, wake up every morning and the first thing you should feel is your right hand or your left hand move over to your Heart Centre and be placed on your Heart Centre and say, “I love you, I accept you.”
Listening
The next step from this process is for you to begin to feel, to begin to come to a place where you’re able to listen to your Heart Centre, to listen to what your heart tells you. So often people think that their Heart Centre is a place of sentimentality, it’s a place of weakness somehow, it’s a place of vulnerability but your Heart Centre is a place of empowerment, your Heart Centre is a place of truth, it’s a place of accuracy regarding what you truly want.
Protecting our Pride
So often we try to protect or hide or mask our Heart Centre and those protections, those masks, those influences that come into play that try to save us, or spare us, our pride. It’s our pride, it’s our anger, it’s our frustration, it’s our resentment, it’s our un-forgiveness that hold our Heart Centre hostage, that prevent our Heart Centre from attracting to us what it is we really want and creating a life of our dreams.
So the Angels want you to think in February about approaching your life from your Heart Centre, from a place of love. To think about twos, to think about togetherness, togetherness of you and your higher self, you and your soul, you and the non physical part of you, you and the Angels, the connection between you and Source, the Creator, the Divine, All That Is.
Your Umbilical Cord
What the Angels have explained to me is that your Heart Centre is like an umbilical cord. When you were in your mother’s stomach, when you were growing, you were nurtured; you were fed with all kinds of nurturing thoughts and feelings and also sustenance through the food that you were provided with. You were supported; you were fed with everything that you needed to support your growth in your life. And that same relationship continues through your Heart Centre with Source. The Angels would like you to think about that.
Remember That Connection
Anytime you feel alone, anytime you feel angry, anytime you feel rejected, anytime you feel as though there’s no one to help, anytime you feel as though giving up, anytime you feel as though you’re on the wrong paths or things aren’t going the way that you want them to, remember that umbilical cord. The wonderful connection that you have always had to Source. To that provider of infinite love, limitless supplies of all of the positive qualities that you wish to receive in you life and allow yourself to be fed it.
You don’t have to create it, you just have to ask for it, feel it and the Universe will provide it to you through this umbilical cord. You are fed through this umbilical cord, through this wonderful connection between you and Source, with everything that you need. And that is what feeds your Heart Centre, that is what nourishes you, that is what enables you to develop and to grow, that is your hope, that is your faith, that’s your sense of self, that’s your confidence, that’s your love.
Opening Your Heart Centre to Receive Good
Understand that connection, and it will help you to open your Heart Centre, when you understand that you’re opening it to receive more of those things from Source, you’re not opening it to expose yourself, you are not opening it to invite things which are going to cause you pain. You’re opening your Heart Centre to allow that channel of receiving from the Universe, from Source, that pure love, that umbilical cord, that nourishing line, that feeding connection to become larger so that you can gain more, so that you can benefit more from all of the good things that come from Source and that come from the Angels.
It Feels Good
The Angels want you to do this, not because they tell you to, not because it’s something which they’ve guided you towards, not because it’s something they say will benefit you but because it’s something which feels good to you, because when something feels good to you, you want to do it and you want to do it again and again and again and again and then it becomes your life, it becomes your habit, it becomes who you are, you embrace it, it becomes everything that you’ve ever wanted it to be.
So the Angels want to give you this, in order that you can open your Heart Centre in February and really allow all of the positive outcomes of that process to draw to you and through 2012, a wonderfully positive, a wonderfully exciting, a wonderfully loving, a wonderfully effective time in your life when you can allow positive change and allow improvement to reach you and you do that by opening your Heart Centre.
